Please note that AlohaGraphics is an independent contractor of Fieldprint, we can not schedule appointments, make changes to existing appointments, or handle any fees and charges.

Carefully review the confirmation form you will receive from Fieldprint.

Bring two forms of valid identification, such as a driver's license or passport. Your fingerprints will be collected electronically by our trained technicians and securely transmitted back to Fieldprint.
